I watched the E! channel, and it had the word "exclusive" on the top of left hand side of the screen, and showed the news of Britney Spears.
I looked up the meaning of exclusive in the dictionary, it means a thing you can only know in this program. But I still didin't know what's the exclusive of Britney Spears.

I also know about exclusiveness of the singer.
When the media says they have an "exclusive", it means they are the only one with the story. In this case, E! was the only program to have this special news about Britney.
