I head " Chicken-Head" on Sunday from an Asian-American person who studied U.S.A for a car design. If someone says something like a 5 years old child in spite of an adult Korea people says
"Chicken Head" It means foolish and stupid. However, American people says "Knuckle Head".
Sometimes, I confuse many words when watching television and movies because it is difficult to think between American people and Koean people.

Please, don't call me 'Kuncklehead.' Actually, I heard chicken head in the movie, Back to the Future. So I think the phrase also personal abuse.
